For first-time trial orders, we are open to discussion based on the specific product and requirements. Once the trial order confirms quality and satisfaction, subsequent reorders will receive priority production scheduling. Returning clients also enjoy favorable pricing and lead time advantages on repeat orders.

Yes, we support both OEM (private label) and ODM (original design manufacturing). We can produce samples based on your technical drawings, physical samples, or reference images. A sampling fee applies, which is refundable once your bulk order reaches the MOQ.

Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per color. For multi-style or mixed-color orders, or orders with special materials, MOQ can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Returning clients enjoy flexible MOQ adjustments based on our cooperation history.

Standard samples: 5–7 days. Complex designs with special materials or techniques: 10–15 days. Once the pre-production sample is approved and the deposit is received, bulk production lead time is 35–45 days for standard orders. During peak season, we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your production slot.

Yes. We offer multiple logo application techniques including embossing, hot stamping, silk-screen printing, laser engraving on metal hardware, and woven labels. Simply provide your logo in vector format (AI/EPS/PDF). Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the specific technique chosen.

Our main materials include PU/PVC, canvas, nylon, recycled materials, genuine leather, TPU, and Oxford fabric. We can source specific materials or color swatches per your requirements. You may also provide your own materials (CMPT — Customer Material Provided) if preferred.

All raw materials are strictly controlled to meet environmental standards. We can provide material samples for your own testing and support third-party testing (REACH, ROHS, etc.). If you require specific factory audits or certifications (e.g., Sedex, BSCI, GRS, FSC, ISO 9001), please let us know in advance so we can prepare the documentation.

Yes. We work under FOB Shenzhen, FOB Shanghai, FOB Hong Kong, and other trade terms. We can assist with freight forwarding coordination and support delivery to your domestic warehouses, overseas warehouses (e.g., Amazon FBA prep), or your nominated freight forwarder for pickup.

We are a direct bag manufacturer (Chart Mate) based in Shenzhen, China, with our own in-house pattern room, cutting department, and production lines. We welcome scheduled factory visits and workshop tours. For overseas clients, we also offer live video factory tours upon request.

Our production process includes pre-production sample approval and bulk shipment random inspection. Our defect rate is below 0.3%. In the event of any quality issue attributable to our production, we will work with you in good faith to arrange rework, replacement, or an appropriate compensation plan as specified in the contract terms.
