Pricing Structure

All quotations in USD, valid for 30 days.

• EXW Shenzhen — factory-gate price; buyer arranges transport.
• FOB Yantian — includes domestic transport + ocean freight to named port.

Detailed unit prices will be issued in a separate itemized quotation sheet within 48 hours of receiving the three clarifications requested above.

Color & Material Discipline

Your specified Pantone references will be matched against our in-house Pantone Solid Chips Coated & Uncoated (PLUS Series) library. Production batch-to-shipment color drift is held to ΔE < 2, verified under D65 light during pre-shipment inspection. Lab report available on request. The same color discipline applies to any custom Pantone reference on the other categories.

Production Plan (calendar days, from quotation confirmation)

1. Day 1–3 — Itemized quotation issued; clarifications locked.

1. Day 5–14 — Counter-samples for each category, couriered DHL / FedEx. Up to 2 rounds of free revisions per SKU.

1. Day 15–20 — Sample sign-off (golden sample), PO confirmed, 30% T/T deposit received.

1. Day 21–55 — Production. In-line QC at 30%, 60%, and 90% milestones, with photo reports shared with your team.

1. Day 56–70 — Pre-shipment inspection, document preparation (PL, CI, COO, B/L), DDP shipment from Yantian via Colombo to {DESTINATION}. Door-delivered in 18–25 days from sailing.

Key Assumptions & Deviations

• Large luggage assumes soft-shell. If hard-shell (PC/ABS) is required, we will partner with a sister factory and flag this transparently in the quotation, including any price impact. Large-format capacity is subject to confirmation against your spec.

• All prices exclude destination-side tariffs unless explicitly listed in the DDP column.

• Pantone references to be confirmed by client; alternative color cards may extend sample lead time by 3–5 days.

• Branding / logo setup: 1 color included; additional colors add USD 0.05–0.15 per piece depending on technique (silkscreen / embroidery / heat transfer / sublimation).

• Custom hardware (zippers, buckles, logo plates) quoted separately; lead time impact +7–10 days for tooling.

Payment Terms

• 30% T/T deposit upon PO confirmation.

• 70% balance against B/L copy.

• L/C at sight acceptable for orders ≥ USD 50,000.

• Sample fee is refundable against confirmed order.

Logistics & Documentation

• Origin ports: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai (Yantian preferred for FOB).

• Lane to {DESTINATION}: Yantian → Colombo / Dubai → {DESTINATION} port.

• Transit time: 18–25 days door-to-door (sea); 5–7 days (air).

• Documents supplied: Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, packing declaration, fumigation certificate if required.
