Sample lead time：5‑7 working days；Mass production lead time：35‑45 working days upon confirmed order.

For manufacturing‑related defects, please submit photo / video evidence within 7 working days after delivery receipt. We will offer proper solutions accordingly.
Warranty does NOT cover man‑made damage, daily wear & tear, accidental impact or improper usage.
For OEM custom orders, goods are produced per confirmed sample. No free return & exchange for finished custom orders without quality issues.
Return‑shipping cost for non‑quality‑related issues shall be borne by the buyer.
